Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY We value your time and ours. Due to the nature of our luxury head spa experiences, the following policy is strictly enforced. • A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made under 24 hours of your appointment will result in 50% charge. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Appointments canceled due to late arrival beyond 15 minutes may be considered a no-show and charged accordingly. All head spa services require a card on file to secure your booking.
